Leica 創新技術, 推出第一套 TCS LSI 雷射掃共軛焦實體螢光顯微鏡系統 ( LSI : Large Scale Imaging ). 高倍率的活體螢光影像擷取, 立體螢光影像擷取, 長時間立體螢光體像擷取, 影像量測. 都進入雷射掃共軛焦實體螢光顯微鏡技術的時代了. 您可以從細胞做到胚胎, 活體影像.

Leica TCS LSI 採用最精密的雷射掃共軛焦掃描器 ( TCS ), 光譜式偵測, 採用固態雷射 405, 488, 532, 635 nm, AOTF 連續調控. 架構在 Leica Z16 APO/A 或 Z6 APO/A 顯微鏡上, 配合高速 Galvanometer-driven Z-stage, 總縱深 Z-軸 行程可達 1600 μm.

共軛焦專屬物鏡 : PLAN-APO 1.0x, 2x, 5x, 10x, 40x, 63x.

長時間影擷取應用可搭配全系列的溫控及二氧化碳培養箱.

選配 溫控二氧化碳活細胞培養箱, 電控載物台. 可應用於多孔槽 ( Multiwell ) 的活細胞 / 活體 影像擷取., 長時間影像擷取.
導覽式軟體,  簡易使用, 應用軟體齊全.
Leica TCS LSI 可以實體變焦, 擁有最常的工作距離與景深. 除了 Leica Z16 APO A  的 16:1變焦比( 連續被率調整 0,57x to 9,2x ) 外, 也可以搭配顯微鏡物鏡 ( 1x, 2x, 5x, 10x, 40x, 63x )
