CGH ( Comparative Genomic Hybridization ) 比對系統 

利用分子細胞基因診斷方法, 採用基因篩檢及定位技術可以有效的診斷出癌症的染色體變異, 尋找與癌症相關之腫瘤基因及腫瘤抑制基因, 包含肝癌，鼻咽癌 ，卵巢癌 ，子宮頸癌 ，乳癌，大腸直腸癌，胃癌及腦瘤等. 目前常用的方法包括 SKY, FISH, Micro-Array ( Array-CGH ) 以及 CGH 技術.

CGH 技術係利用兩種不同的螢光分別標定兩種不同組織細胞的Genomic DNA ，再同時與正常的染色體進行hybridization的過程，藉由比較染色體上不同螢光間的強弱比值，而偵測基因體中之特定基因的拷貝數變異(copy number changes)。

它與強大的事件資料管理器 ( Case Data Manager ) 整合，就容易比較圖像、生成專業的報告，還可以管理您的資料。 作為CytoLabView系列的一部分, CGHView是可以升級到SKY ( SkyView ) 的完整版本, 包括細胞核型比對分析 ( BandView )、FISH分析, 及 自動掃描 ( ScanView ) 等
