電控載物檯 - SCANplus
 
The SCANplus-Series with integrated measuring system has been developed especially for applications that require automatic and very exact positioning of samples. The integrated measuring system clearly enables improved accuracy values.
 

Enhanced by special adaptations, these microscope stages are perfectly in line with nearly all current microscopes.

A special long-term lubrication system guarantees that specifications are maintained, even after a very long running period.

The SCANplus-Series does not only define new quality standards, but also makes them measurable:

 

Tango 4 Desktop
incl. motor cable and 1/2/3-axes joystick

It can be shifted via an external PC in the operational modes "automatic operation" or "manual operation" by means of a joystick, trackball or by electrical coaxial drive.

The standard Tango Desktop controller version is equipped with a USB connection, which can alternatively be replaced by an RS232 interface.

Optionally, further digital and analog I/Os are available.

 

Tango 4 PCI-S
incl. motor cable and 1/2/3-axes joystick

The slot card TANGO PCI-S is suited for shifting 2-phase stepper motors (also with 4 windings).

It can be shifted via an external PC in the operational modes "automatic operation" or "manual operation" by means of a joystick, trackball or by electrical coaxial drive.

Optionally, further digital and analog I/Os are available.

An encoder module is available for connecting various types of incremental encoders.

The motorized measuring stages of the series MT mot (except MT mot 50 x 50) are equipped with a digital measuring system. They are driven by stepper motors via high-precision, ground ball bearing lead screws.

MFD For supplementary automation of the Z-axis the focus drive MFD is simply positioned on the fine focus knob of the microscope. This ensures very precise positioning in the third axis
MA42 For supplementary automation of the Z-axis the focus drive MA 42 is installed by removing the fine focus knob from the microscope and fixing the MA 42, in conjunction with a special coupling, directly to the shaft of the fine focus. This method prevents any slippage, or loss of steps. Where this is not possible - due to the design of the microscope - the drive ensues via a friction pulley, positioned on the fine focus knob.
