CherryTemp~溫度瞬間變動相關影響的活細胞影像系統的新選擇

CherryTemp具有創新的溫度瞬間變動特殊技術。可以在10秒內讓系統的溫度任意在5~45度間快速切換並且穩定,對於活細胞正常的生活範圍來說是非常適合的。且不只是增溫,也同樣能夠快速降溫,以往無法探討的溫度瞬間變化對於細胞的影響,在這裡得以一窺全貌。本系統最適合對應線蟲的研究,當然也適合果蠅、酵母菌、細菌、植物與動物細胞。由於系統的穩定度在0.1度變化內,加上變化速度快,因此在正常的室溫下,也能快速的做出溫度飄移補償。

CherryTemp目前可以對應市面上大部分的顯微鏡平台,如果有特殊需求,也可以與我們詢問進行特殊訂製。

高速的溫度升降控制

可以在10秒內, 精準的控溫上升或下降, 可設定研究所需的溫度範圍, 再設定的溫度移動速率下, 探索細胞的分裂與溫度相關影響的研究, TS 突變體的研究, 也可探索細胞骨架的活動.

C. elegans CYK-4 thermosensitive mutant embryos were shifted from 16°C to 25°C. Dividing embryos at 16°C underwent cytokinesis arrest after shift to restrictive temperature (25°C). White arrow indicates cleavage furrow regression upon CYK-4 inactivation.
